This clinic conducts consultations in Japanese only, and all medical history forms and other forms are in Japanese.

If the patient is personally unable to fully understand in Japanese or complete the medical history form in Japanese, we may decline treatment.

We do not accept appointments or consultations through an interpreter.

This is in an effort to prevent medical accidents and errors in advance and provide safe medical care. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you are in need of assistance, there is an organization that refers patients to clinics offering consultations in foreign languages.
